1. COSTCO: LEGOLAND California Ticket Deals! (February 2022)

If you're only planning on going to LEGOLAND California once this year, this is the deal for you! Stop at Costco to get this LEGOLAND California ticket deal that just came out on 2/9/22.

DEAL: $114.99 will get you one park hopper ticket for a two-day entrance into LEGOLAND + Sea Life Aquarium + 1 meal.

DATES: Your 2nd day must be within 14 days of your first visit and all visits must be completed by June 10, 2022.

LOCATIONS: Most Costco's in San Diego just came out with this deal (as of 2/9/22). This particular photo was sent to me from a @famdiego follower from her local Costco; in Santee I think.

AGES: This ticket is for ages 3+, since kids ages 2 and under are Free.

PARKING: I don't think this one includes parking; which is $25 per car.

RSVP: Reservations must be made in advance online before going to the park. Same day, walk-up tickets or reservations are not available.

FINE PRINT: Check the back of this deal in store for all of the fine print. I don't know if there are any block-out dates. I'm only sharing the basic info. ;)

OTHER COSTCO DEALS: Costco has a really good annual pass deal that usually comes out every January; however, they didn't renew their contract with Legoland due to a lower Covid demand. I'm hoping this two-day offer is a test to see what the demand is and if it's a popular offer then maybe they'll renew their annual pass contract for next January. I'm hoping!

Costco also has a great deal out right now for a Universal Studios Season Pass.

2. MERCHANDISE BAGS: Kids Go Free Coupon

If you look on the back of some LEGO Merchandise bags you may get lucky and find a discount code. It's only one free child's ticket per coupon and yes, this code shown above has already been used. This one was shared by one of my @famdiego friends.

DISCOUNT: Valid for one free one-day child ticket with purchase of a full-price one-day adult ticket to LEGOLAND California, LEGOLAND Florida, LEGOLAND New York or LEGOLAND Discovery Centers.

FINE PRINT: One free child's ticket per coupon. Cannot be applied to pre-purchased tickets or combined with other discounts or offers. Additional restrictions may apply.

3. KIDS GO FREE PROMO (October)

October is a well-known "Kids Free Month" in San Diego, where most museums and attractions offer a kids free ticket with purchase of an adult ticket. While LEGOLAND California doesn't directly participate in the "Kids Free Month" promotion, they have their own independent offer of the same deal. You can usually find these offers at local McDonald's restaurants, but check LEGOLAND California's "deals" page in Sept/Oct for details and where to find the promo codes.

4. BLACK FRIDAY PROMO (November)

They usually have a really good Black Friday annual pass deal, but their offer for 2021 was only for their Silver Pass which doesn't even include parking. Their Gold Pass used to include parking, but they've put that out of reach now, unless you splurge and upgrade to the Platinum Pass. And with their extensive price hikes in 2022, well, Legoland is on the chopping block for most family entertainment budgets.

We're certainly not complaining though because living in San Diego affords us access to several other theme parks that are more family budget-friendly...(hello SeaWorld!). Now if you want to talk about a Black Friday deal, SeaWorld's is the best of the bunch!

5. MARATHON MILE FUN RUN: 40% off (January)

If your kids sign up for the Marathon Mile Fun Run held every January, there will be a 40% off discount ticket offer in your runners pack for up to four tickets. These must be used before a certain date, usually late February of that same year.

6. AAA DISCOUNTS

If you have a AAA Membership, put it to use at LEGOLAND! Their current offer is for 30% a one-day ticket and a two-day hopper ticket. AAA Legoland Discount link

7. TRAVEL AGENCIES

Travel agencies can offer discounted LEGOLAND tickets when purchased through their websites. Here are some reputable ones I've heard of; we haven't personally used any of these, but you could get some savings: Undercover Tourist, Ares Travel, Smart Card, San Diego Go Card.

OTHER DEALS?

If you come across any other LEGOLAND California ticket deals, please send me a message and let me know.
